Because this guide talks about real-money play, readers sometimes assume it handles payment details. It does not. Chicken Road Real Money takes no deposits, stores no card or bank information and has no account system, so the list of data we touch is short.
Using the site anonymously
There is nothing to sign up for. Reading the guide or trying the demo on our homepage requires no name, email or phone number, and no form on this site asks for one.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps routine access logs containing the visitor's IP address, browser type, the pages viewed and the time of each visit. These help detect abuse and diagnose faults. Logs are held for a limited time before deletion and are not used to identify or profile individual readers.
Age confirmation in your browser
Your answer to the 18+ prompt is saved in your browser's local storage, not as a cookie. It sits only on your device and is never transmitted to us. Our cookie policy explains how to remove it.
The demo and casino sites
The demo window is served by InOut Games from its own infrastructure and is subject to InOut Games' privacy terms. Outbound casino links lead to operators that, if you register, will collect identity documents, contact details and transaction records under their own policies. Those operators are entirely separate from us, and we receive none of that information.
Emails and what we keep
Writing to us is optional. When you do, the message and your address stay in our mailbox only while we deal with it, and are then deleted. They are never passed to operators or used for marketing. Please do not attach bank statements, card photos or casino screenshots that show personal details; we do not need them to answer a question about the game.
Why we keep it this small
Collecting payment or identity data would only make sense for a business that takes stakes, and this one does not. Holding less information also means there is less to lose if anything ever goes wrong, which is the safest position for readers and for us.
Commitments
- We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
- We run no analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
- We never ask readers for payment details, stake histories or screenshots of balances.
Your rights in India
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 gives you rights to access, correct and erase personal data held about you, and to raise a grievance if something goes wrong. To make a request, write to [email protected] and describe what you need; in practice, the only records we could hold are server logs.
Revisions
We will update this page if our data practices change and record the new date here. Last updated: Sep 14, 2026.
