Money matters belong to the operator
We do not hold balances, so we cannot trace a deposit, release a withdrawal, reverse a bet, settle a disputed round or complete identity verification. Contact the operator that holds your account for all of those. Please leave card numbers, bank details and ID images out of any email you send us.
